The work consists of removing existing dielectric fluid and providing new dielectric fluid in pad mounted transformers at facilities #749 and #754, removing existing pole type transformers at facility #1601 and providing new pad mounted transformer, providing new riser pole, underground primary and secondary, and removing existing pole type transformers at facility 2352 and providing new pad mounted transformers.
