Description of work includes re-roofing of the Base Commissary (Building 3335). The existing roof members shall be removed and replaced with a new protected membrane roof system, to include membrane, roof pavers, flashing, tapered insulation, parapet walls, and shear connections in some areas of the roof. Existing roof drains to be retro-fitted with new drain inserts. Mechanical hoods and vents are to be reused where possible and mounted on new curbs. Roof access ladders to be extended and improved to meet safety requirements. SIC code 1761. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is open to all small and large business. This project will issue on or about 10 July 95. Performance period shall be 120 calendar days.
