Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and perform all work to clean and apply waterproofing sealant to aproximately 113,500 sq. ft. of exterior wall surfaces on a 3 story, precast concrete structure. Replace approximately 9,000 linear feet of exterior precast panel caulking/sealant joints on and under the building main entrance lattice type canopy. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract completion is 90 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This project is subject to availability of funds.
