Furnish all labor, tools, incidental engineering, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for: improvements to Third Avenue from D Street to G Street. These improvements are overlaying the existing pavement with asphalt and widening certain segments. The work includes removal of some trees and shrubs, grading and drainage, limited amounts of pavement, curb and sidewalk removal and replacement, and sign removal and relocation. The work will also entail maintenance of traffic and erosion control during construction, pavement marking and seeding of disturbed areas. Time for completion is 150 calendar days. This project is a firm fixed price construction project. Cost estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation will issue on or about July 11, 1995. (179)
