C4IEW has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposa1 (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to industry. Effective 1 Oct 1994, all solicitation issued from Fort Monmouth for acquisition over the small purchase threshold will be solicitedd via the EBB. As of 1 Jan 1995, hard copies will no longer be distributed. (Exceptions are Post and Station Acquisitions.) All intereested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB System. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB System. Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. A User's Manual identification code and password will be issued upon request.
