Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a Vacuum Coating System
including a deposition chamber, pumping system, vacuum gauge and
process gas and pressure controllers, planar magnetron sputter sources
(with RF plasma or ion sample-cleaning or plasma etching), DC and RF
magnetron power supplies, Multi-hearth electron beam evaporation
source, electron beam power supply, source control, and sweep unit,
substrate (sample) holder and substrate heater, programmable system
computer or controllers, and a one year warranty. Optional items may
also include added sample holder capabilities, vacuum port for future
vacuum load lock, greater pumping capacity, additional or larger
sputter sources, higher power sputter source power supplies, higher
power electron beam power supply, upgraded system computer and gas
analysis system.-- FOB Destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland--Required
Delivery Time 60 Days--Evaluation criteria shall include the capability
to perform all the functions required, technical quality, ease of use
of the equipment, and experience of former customers-- All responsible
