One year of software upgrades is included. This software is being procured on an other-than-full-and-open-basis through Rational Software Corporation, San Diego, CA 92l30 because Rational Software Corporation has proprietary data rights to the software. The RADE software is required for complete compatibility with existing data and software. Interested sources, other than Rational Software Corporation should respond in accordance with CBD Note 22.
