is seeking response from businesses interested in a technology
developed by Hanford employees. The Multiple Media Universal Core
Sampler is designed to take core samples of all tank waste medias
regardless of viscosity, hardness, corrosivity or radioactive level.
The sampler also has many applications in the petroleum and geological
exploration industries. The sampler provide a leak-tight seal to
preserve the sample and ensures that the maximum amount of sample is
recovered when hard materials are encountered. The system also allows
for maximum rentention of all tank waste samples and allows for more
accurate analysis of the sample. WHC is seeking partners to complete
commercial development, to manufacture the equipment, and to market the
resulting product. Qualified business partners should have adequate
resources to promote these inventions, including the completion of
development as required and the marketing of the finished product. WHC
facilities, equipment, and employees may be made available to support
development. Contract format will involve licensing arrangements.
Interested parties should contact Tamara E Baldwin with a) written
expression of interest and b) a summary of your company's business
interests and capabilities. Only written (mail or fax) requests will
receive consideration. NOTE: When responding to this CBD, the top of
all correspondence should have the notation ``TCBD95-05TEB'' clearly
