The 109 AG Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source purchase order to SUPER TEAMS, LTD to conduct both a process and outcome evaluation for the New York National Guard Corps of Cadets Program. The process evaluation will provide a thorough description of the program's operations at randomly selected sites. This will include descriptions of the staff, the student participants, the services delivered and staff, parent and participant satisfaction with the program. Satisfaction data will be obtained primarily through the use of self-administered questionnaires, with a sample of staff and participants receiving semi-structured, in-person interviews. Periodic site visits will be conducted to observe program observations and interview staff and participants. Parties who believe they are qualified to conduct this evaluation may identify their interest and capability by contacting the Contracting Officer on or before the above cited due date. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all requests received on or before the above shown due date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to solicit competition. (186)
