VAMC's Birmingham, and Tuscaloosa, AL require full on-site maintenance
and repair for the period of 10-1-95 through 9-30-95, with four (4)
one year renewal options for the following medical equipment: Kodak
Blood Chemistry Analyzer, Model Ektachem 700XR (located at VAMC
Birmingahm), Kodak Film Processors, Model M6B (3 each) and Model M35A
(1 each)(located at the VAMC Tuscaloosa, Radiology Service). Contractor
shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance on the Extachem
Analyzers in six month intervals and perform monthly inspections on the
Film Processors to include draining, cleaning, and refilling
processors, adjustment and tightening as required, on a thirty (30) day
intervals, and respond to emergency repair calls within one (1) hour by
telephone, and be on station within four (4) hours. Request for
