Jene', (205)933-4493 The VAMC Birmingham, AL requires full on-site maintenance for the period of 10-1-95 through 9-30-96, with four (4) one year option renewals for the following medical equipment: Blood gas analyzer, Co-oximeter and related accessories, all equipment manufactured by Radiometer America, Westlake, Ohio. Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services to include all labor, supervision, and parts necessary to maintain the listed equipment in operational condition according to manufacturer's specifications. Contractor shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections to be performed in six month intervals, respond to emergency repair calls within one (1) hour by telephone and be on site within four (4) hours.
