This is a special notice in order to improve efficiency and to meet the increasing demand for technical data, the Defense Industrial Supply Center (DISC) is converting its technical data system to totally electronic process. As we convert to this new method of conducting business, companies will soon be required to submit requests for technical data via out electronic bulletin Board (EBB). We are confident that this new method of processing requests for technical data will expedite responsetimes. Additionally, the EBB will enable requesters to view the status of their requests. Once the EBB is implemented, all hard copy requests (FAX, letter, Inc.) will be assigned a lower priority status and will be subject to a processing Fee.
