Project will construct: 1) A 2,600+ SF Medical Clinic (W/Small Sewer Lift/Pump Station); 2) A 2,000 SF Medical Warehouse addition to an existing medical warehouse facility (w/ depressed loading dock), and; Various Building Entrance Covers. Project includes a Pre-Engineered metal building on continous and spread footings with a low sloping standing Seam Metal Roof (Both Clinic & Warehouse), Tube-section cantilever columns supporting Steel Roof Beams and archictectural metal roof system on gravity foundations (awnings). In addition, Project includes demolition (with some salvage), grading utilities, Hvac, Emcs, Fire Protection, Interior surface finishing, oil-water separator, curb,& gutter, asphalt paving, a small amount of landscape, and associated features required to produce complete and useable facilities. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications available on or about 20 Jul 95 at a cost of $28.00 for specifications (text only); $14.00 for half-size drawings and $30.00 for full-size drawings. Non-refundable.
