The proposed work includes providing all plant, labor, material, equipment and services necessary to remove the existing 16,000 plus/minus SF membrane roof, insulation and sheet metal, and replacing with 16,000 plus/minus SF of new insulation, fully adhered EPDM and sheet metal on Building 170 at the Vermont Air National Guard Base, Burlington IAP. Standard Industrial Code is 1761; related small business size is $7.0 M. Estimated magnitude of construction is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. Completion date is 90 days after the acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on 27 June 1995. Plan holders list will be supplied only upon written request. This procurement is being considered for 100% small disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 10 days after the appearance of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing, in writing, the following: evidence of capability to perform, including name and telephone number of references on similar type of projects performed in the past three years; a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and ecnomically disadvantaged business concern; and company's single project and aggregate bonding capability.
