The P&DC consists of a ten-story mail processing tower with 1,257,000 sq. ft. of gross area. The Offeror shall provide a complete design of the BAS based upon the conceptual design consisting of plans and performance criteria by the USPS Engineer. To be considered for the award, the Offeror must be primarily engaged in the building controls business. The BAS shall be new and comprise of only one manufacturer's control equipment, such as: Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Landis & Gyr/Powers, CSI Controls, Siebe/Robertshaw or Barber Coleman. The Offeror shall provide a technical proposal and a price proposal separately on the offer due date. The price proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, independently of the price proposals. The Offeror must have completed at least 5 projects of similar size and scope within the last 2 years. The estimated price range is between $2,500,000.00 and $3,500,000.00.
