Prime CSR Contract F08650-94-C-0001 with United States Air Force at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Place of Subcontract performance is Antigua Island, West Indies. Description of work: Upgrade Dormitories A & B. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing windows, doors, bahama shutters, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, asbestos containing materials and installation of new windows, doors, fixtures, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, walls, wallcovering, paint, carpet tiles, cabinetry, sidewalks, landscaping, portico covers - roofing and bahama shutters. Description of work: Repair/Upgrade Powerhouse. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement/installation of approximately 7500sf of a new metal frame roof, addition of a 1000sf room on to the existing facility, new fire alarm and preaction sprinkler system and the refurbishment of the interior electrical and plumbing system. Description of work: Construct Sludge/Dewatering Plant. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolishing and removal of the two sludge drying beds at Antigua Air Station's Sewer Treatment Plant, regrading of site as required to construct two new vacuum assisted drying beds and associated filtrate pumping equipment; new beds will include permeable media plates which will drain into a sump attached to a vacuum system; vacuum system will assist dewatering and pump filtrate back to the head of the treatment plant; new equipment to be covered by metal roof structure; all phases of equipment design and drying bed configuration shall be reviewed by all subcontractors to ensure a complete and usable facility which addresses the Sludge Dewatering needs of the existing Sewer Treatment Plant.
