Project consists the of relocation of the Naval Aircraft Vertical Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator (NAVES II), Facility 1645, to the Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Facility 2047, associated site and electrical work, and incidental related work to provide a complete installation. The Government will dismantle the existing antenna and reinstall the antenna at the EMP Facility 2047. The Naval Aircraft Vertical Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator is an array of wooden poles that has an antenna attached. The contractor shall remove the existing poles at the site and install new poles at the new site (2047). Please do not call for technical information. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded to the low cost, responsive, responsible bidder.
