Work will be to construct an aircraft engine storage area addition approximately 75' x 35' pre-engineered metal structure, re-inforced concrete slab on grade, and built-up roof over metal decking. Also included is driveway and site improvements plus replace the existing crane system with a new bridge crane, replace/upgrade a complete new fire sprinkler system in the entire building and upgrade the existing lighting system. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
