This requirement is for providing all labor, materials, supervision, specifications, equipment and schedule of work to clean and prepare concrete surfaces and to apply protective coatings to appropriately prepared surfaces. Work shall be in accordance with the Manufacturer's recommended procedures for the materials selected and approved by the Government. There are approximately 6,000 square feet of contaminated concrete surfaces period will be 90 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Any responsible source may submit a bid which shall be considered. Firms responding to this synopsis should do so in writing and indicate whether or not they are a minority business concern. Foreign participation is authorized.
