John Dragonetti, 202/514-2646. The Immigration and Naturalization
Service intends to issue an IFB for thermal infrared surveillance
imaging systems and related ancillary equipment such as video monitors,
remote control systems, motorized pan/tilt units, and power supplies.
The resulting IDIQ contract will consist of one base year and four
one-year options. The annual estimated maximum quantities for the base
year and each option year are approximately 100 for base units and 100
for system spares packages. Base systems shall consist of a thermal
infrared surveillance imaging system and all ancillary items. System
spares packages shall consist of only the ancillary items. The delivery
schedule shall be 90 days after date of order. Requests for the

must be submitted in writing. All responsible sources may submit a
