Configuration shall provide separate transmit and receive cable connections, allow antenna section installation co-located on ship's yardarm and meet shipboard equipment enviromental (topside, uncontrolled) reliability and maintainability requirments. Interested sources shall provide a description and performance specification; data verifying similar hardware performance; estimated production lead time, schedules, and warranty coverage.
