This is for the procurement of an indefinite quantity of Battery Charger PP-2926 F/U, NSN: 6130-01-318-5822. Contractors may offer commercial, U/L listed product which meets or exceeds minimum technical requirements for the PP-2926 F/U Industrial Battery Charger. Specification will be provided with RFP for reference. Proposed indefinite quantity contract will be for one year with 50 units guaranteed and a maximum of 100 units. A four year option period will be included with no guaranteed quantity, an estimate of 25 units yearly and a maximum of 100 units yearly. Award will be made to the responsible offeror making the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Solicitation shall be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The US ARMY COMMUNICATIONS-ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. AS OF 1 JANUARY 1995, HARD COPIES WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post, Camp and Station Acquisitions). All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system.
