Technology Upgrade Studies and Technical Data in support of the Advanced Tactical Air Command Central (ATACC). The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate an increase to the ceiling amount for Time and Materials line items 0034 and 0035 of Contract N00039-89-C-0134. Northrop-Grumman Data Systems of Springfield, VA is the prime contractor for development and production of the ATACC system and is currently performing this work. As such, Grumman Data Systems possesses the necessary background knowledge, technical capability and expertise to meet the existing requirement. See Note 22. (0187)
