Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision, and support in performing all operations required to survey Andersen Air Force Base property to recover and/or verify property boundaries. Professional surveying services shall include boundary documentations, monumentation, and mapping of property lines, all in accordance with specification and applicable drawings. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the performance period is 210 calendar days after the notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to this solicitation. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their requests for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
