Provide real property (cadastral) surveys of Government-owned residential or farm properties located in Zone D: Hertford, Gates, Camden, Currituck, Bertie, Perquimans, Pasquotank, Chowan, Martin, Washington, Tyrrell, Dare, Pitt, Beaufort, Hyde, Greene, Lenoir, Jones, Craven, Pamlico, Onslow, and Carteret Counties, North Carolina. Indefinite Quantity, Requirements, Firm Fixed Price contract to cover a one-year period beginning approximately 10/1/95 subject to availability of funds. Surveys will be ordered as need occurs during contract period. Contractor completion deadlines for surveys will typically be three weeks for residential and five weeks for farm surveys, with a maximum performance expectation of 1 farm survey and 2 residential surveys per four-week period. Estimated number of surveys is 3 residential and 2 farms. Surveyors must be licensed to perform real property surveys in North Carolina, prior to award of contract. A-E selection criteria will include (in descending order of importance): 1. Professional qualifications and in-house status of staff assigned to project. 2. Proximity of assigned survey staff to the properties to be surveyed. 3. Specialized experience in performing real property surveys, especially rural boundary and wetlands surveys of the type contemplated under the contract (type, quantity and location). 4. Capacity to accomplish the work within a minimum timeframe and to handle multiple requests for surveys simultaneously. 5. Past performance on contracts (private and/or governmental) in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. All responsible sources meeting the licensing requirement described in this notice and who wish to be considered should submit Standard Form 255 (and Standard Form 254 if not already on file with the Contracting Office).
