The project will consist of architectural, electrical, nurse call communication systems to prepare site and install nurse call systems in operational wards of buildings 1-C annex, 4, and 10. The project requires the sevices of a Professional Industrial Hygienist and an AIHA certified laboratory to identify if asbestos shall impact the work and design for appropriate abatement. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience; professional capacity to accomplish work; professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to the project; the location of the firm in relation to this medical center; and experience and capabilities using CAAD. Applications will be accepted from firms that maintain an extablished office in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine.
