The system is equipped with a Maximum Strategy Gen 4XL-2 High Performance Parallel Interface (HPPI), Model No. 10-231-0421. Services shall include preventive, remedial and software maintenance. The contractor shall provide all labor, replacement parts, usage licenses and equipment necessary for the hardware and software maintenance. The system contains propriety software that must be maintained by the contractor. The Principal Period of Maintenance shall be 24 hours per day, seven days a week (inclusive of Government holidays). Anticipated period of performance will consist of a one year base period with four (1) year priced options. All offerors must provide documen tation on the capabilities to maintain Maximum Strategy hardware and software. Services to be performed on site at NASA-Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA.
