NAVMAGLLL is comprised of two (2) separate branches (Lualualei and West Loch) on the island of Oahu. Services include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, issuance, storagem and management pertaining to ammunition handling. Annual Estimated Workload Data: 197 vessels loaded/offloaded; 136 small boats loaded/offloaded; 28,827 tons received; 14,911 tons issued; 7,755 tons restowed/downloaded; 1,500 tons segregated; 50,452 average tonnage of stocks on hand. Contractor shall maintain, on a regular basis, personnel capable of loading/offloading cargo at a minimum rate of 150 lifts per day for breakbulk and 56 milvans per day. Thirty-day phase in period and preduty training required. Period of Performance: 1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997 with four 12-month option periods. Security clearance (SECRET) will be required of the successful offeror.
