This bid solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks to fill the position of a Radiologist. The Radiologist will work directly with female inmates incarcerated at Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia. Position duties will include but not limited to, medical evaluations of x-rays taken of inmates, routine examinations, evaluations, document findings, establish medical treatment programs, perform in office evaluations, and special studies on an as needed basis, follow-up patients, and make appropriate referrals. The prospective provider must be a licensed physician and board certified radiologist. The scheduling will normally consist of two (2) sessions per month. A session is defined as a time frame required to read or evaluate a specific number of patient's x-rays, and/or perform special fluoroscopic or ultrasound studies. Normally a session will not exceed twenty-four (24) for the contract period. The contract period is from date of award through September 30 1996. This procurement is not set aside for small business.
