The work consists of providing a health and fitness program designed to promote better health and physical fitness for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District employees, for a base year and two (2) one year options. The Contractor must have a facility located within 2 miles of the Clifford Davis Federal Building located at 167 N. Main St., Memphis, Tennessee. The program should promote cardiovascular health and must consist of four phases of work consisting of testing, design, development, and maintenance. The four phase program must conform to the standards of the Department of the Army's ''Fit to Win'' program. The services or supplies to be procured under this announcement are classified under Standard Industrial Classification Code 7991. See Note 22. (0187)
