Long Hansen's Disease Center one (1) day each week to evaluate and treat Hansen's disease patients and eligible staff and their dependents with problems of the eye. The contractor shall perform minor eye surgery when indicated and submit written reports or oral dictation as required. Contract period 10/1/95 through 9/30/96. RFQ issue date O/A 7/28/95.
