Types of properties will be office space, Government quarters, vacant or improved residential, commercial or industrial land, agriculture properties and special use properties. A professional designation from the Appraisal Institute or the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is preferred. An appropriate current state license in the state where the work is to be performed will be mandatory. Experience in the Federal Court is desirable. Firms desiring consideration must request a copy of the solicitation, RFP No. DACA67-95-R-0059, in writing within ten calendar days after the date of this publication; and must respond with the information requested therin.
