Eichten, Senior Procurement Specialist, (509) 376-5978 Westinghouse Hanford Company (WHC), prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, requires support to its program/project organizations in program planning and cost estimating and in the development of technical baselines, resource loaded schedules and cost estimates. Support in the developmnt of site-wide integrated schedules and activity based program cost estimates will also be required. Work will be performed on the Hanford Reservation near Richland, Washington. The seller will be responsible to provide qualified program/project control personnel to assist WHC personnel by developing well planned project schedules, and must be skilled in the use of Primavera, Project 2/Series X, or other project management computer software programs as approved in advance. The seller's personnel will use WHC supplied workstations and the applicable project management computer software programs to perform the assigned tasks. WHC contemplates award of an Indefinite Quantity/Fixed Unit Rate type Purchase Order. Task Orders will be used as the means to accomplish various work requirements throughout the term of the purchase order. The term of the Purchase Order will be from 10/01/95 through 09/30/98. The anticipated value over the three year period is $9 Million. The expected Request for Proposals (RFP) issue date is 07/17/95. The contemplated RFP close date is 08/14/95.
