The Hickam Air Force Base Services Squadron is hosting a hangar dance on September 2, 1995 to commemorate the end of World War II. An estimated 3,000 people are expected to attend this event which will include music by the Pacific Air Forces Band, dance contests, and special celebrity guests. Sponsorship is required to pay for advertising and entertaimment and provide doo prizes. Sponsor benefits to include mention on promotional materials and other marketing opportunities. On September 4, 1995, Hickam Air Force Base will host an open house and will have vintage aircraft on display. An estimated 25,000 - 30,000 people are expected to attend. Sponsorship is required for entertainment and advertising. Sponsor benefits to include mention on promotional materials, signage, product displays and other marketing opportunitis. All offers submitted will be considered. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 7/10/95.
