S -- TREE SERVICE (REMOVAL & PRUNING) SOL 843100-95-B-0131 due 082495POC Contract Specialist, Liz Brigham, (202) 722-3188. Provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform tree care on a requirement basis. Service shall include removal high pruning, clipping of debris, and safety pruning. Performance period is from 1 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1996. The Contractor shall be expected to furnish all necessary tree climbing equipment such as body belts, rope-strung climbing saddle, leather tree saddle, safety straps, saw scabbards, climbing pads, kit holders, safety ropes, rings, and snaps, and any other necessary equipment needed to perform the job. Also to be furnished is a brush chipper or grinding machine. Contractor may use his own mobile personnel crane (cherry picker), if desired but at no addtional cost to the Government. If a lifting crane or other equipment is required to safely remove limbs or trees overhanging a building or other structure, the Government will provide same and the Government will coordinate the operation.
