This bid solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks to fill the position of Testing Admnistrator. The testing administrator will work directly with female inmates incarcerated at Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia. Position duties will include but not limited to, the general coordination of the testing program, scheduling of tests, record keeping, administering of tests, inventory of tests and posting of the results of tests. The testing administrator will follow all policies relating to the American Council on Education guidelines. The scheduling will normally consist of seven (7) sessions per week. A session is determined to be four (4) hours in duration. There are to be three hundred sixty-four (364) sessions for the contract period. The contract period is from date of award through September 30, 1996. This procurement is not set aside for small business. The estimated availability of this solicitation is July 24, 1995.
