The facilities shall include General Office and Administrative space. The functional design of these facilities shall be in accordance with established applicable building codes. They shall be complete with electric power, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, interior partitions, windows, doors, showers, toilets, emergency lighting, fire alarm system, and telephones. The facilities shall be constructed with a minumum useful life of five years. Required site work includes assembly, installation, connection of utilities and temporary sewage holding tanks, tie downs, and skirting. Each facility shall have a total gross square footage equal to 1960 GSF and be dimensioned not less than 28'0'' wide by 70'0'' long. The facilities'color scheme shall match existing base facilities.
