The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for a 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantage Business firms. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, at the address and point of contact above or by fax (202) 433-6900, of their intention to bid the contract as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 15 days from the date of this notice. THE NOTIFICATION MUST CONTAIN A POSITIVE STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY AS A SMALL SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERN; EVIDENCE OF THE CAPACITY TO OBTAIN A BID BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 20% OF THE PRICE BID, AND UPON AWARD, A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% AND A PAYMENT BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 50% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE. IF ADEQUATE INTEREST IS NOT RECEIVED FROM SDB CONCERNS, THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTRCITED PROCUREMENT WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. There will be no charge for this document, however, only one set will be issued per contractor. Please note that the solicitation will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
