The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for a 100% Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) Set-Aside. Interested SDB firms should notify this office in writing at the address and point of contact above or by fax (202) 433-6900 of their intention to bid the contract as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 15 days from the date of this notice. THE NOTIFICATIION MUST CONTAIN A POSITIVE STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY AS A SMALL SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS CONCERN; THE EVIDENCE OF THE CAPACITY TO OBTAIN A BID BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 20% OF THE PRICE BID AND UPON AWARD, A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% AND A PAYMENT BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 50% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE.
