SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to regrade and replace the existing pavement with new asphalt concrete paving and aggregate base, apply seal coating and paint striping and to install underground drain culvert, install new concrete sidewalk and incidental related work. The work also includes removing existing concrete apron slabs, concrete foundation and slab, sidewalk and incidental related work. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SDB) CONCERNS. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1771 and the related small business size standard is $7,000,000. Contract duration is 270 calendar days.
