There is no charge for plans and specs. Requests for solicitation must be received NLT 27JUL95. This procurement is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, not later than 06JUL95, indicate interest by providing to the above contracting office all the following requirements (1) A Positive statement requesting this project be set-aside for SDB firms; (2) a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, indicating your ethnic group; (3) a current letter from your bonding company stating they will bond this project, referencing the title and solicitation number of this project. (4) Several references including phone numbers and point of contact from similar projects. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted, without further notice.
