The proposed project is a 100-percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns (SDB). The work consists of converting existing storage room to administration space by finishing existing Gypsum Wall Board (GWB), installing GWB, painting, acoustical suspended ceiling, lights, receptacles, air conditioning and carpet. Remove finished GWB covering over windows, replace windows and finish around. Demolish two small changing rooms and construct one observation room with one-way mirror with electrical and duct work. Exterior wall finish contains asbestos. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A 27 July 1995.
