Removal work is to include site preparation of clearing, stripping and stockpiling. New work consists of constructing gravel base floor with compacted fill sub base and all excavation, backfill, compaction, grading and transition to existing work. Construct one DE-NRMO Storage Facility of pole frame construction, trussed roof, one metal entry door and two overhead doors, metal exterior wall and roof finish. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A 20% bid bond is required. Performance time is 90 days.
