This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to build a Military Equipment Parking Lot at St Joseph MN. Work will include removing top soil, installing a layer of sand, a layer of gravel and compaction of both; installation of electrical lighting; installation of a chain link fence; landscaping and seeding of the perimeter area. The parking lot area is approximately 173,375 square feet. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
