Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all operations in connection with a multiple project contract located at Pillar Point, California. The following projects as described will be consolidated into a single construction contract. TFWY 95-1127B L-Replace Heat Exchangers (Pillar Point, Bldg. 12): A. Replace heat exchangers on engine generators at Bldg 12. TFWY 95-1161B L-Replace Halon System (Pillar Point, Bldg 1): A. Remove the existing Halon bottles, distribution piping and associated detection, alarm and reporting equipment in Bldg 1. B. Install new wet pipe fire sprinkler system in Bldg 1, including fire sprinkler water supply lines, sprinkler risers, piping, sprinklers and heads. C. Replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP) in Bldg 1. D. Make all necessary adjustments to the system and fire sensors and provide all necessary interface devices to properly connect devices to the new FACP. E. All Fire Alarm Control Panels and Control Communicators shall be by Radionics, Inc. All other devices shall either be Radionics or be UL compatibility listed to function with Radionics equipment. Install new wet pipe fire sprinkler system in Bldg 17, including fire sprinkler water supply lines, sprinkler risers, piping, sprinklers and heads. C. Replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP) in Bldg 17. D. Make all necessary adjustments to the system and fire sensors and provide all necessary interface devices to properly connect devices to the new FACP. E. All Fire Alarm Control Panels and Control Communicators shall be by Radionics, Inc. All other devices shall either be Radionics or be UL compatibility listed to function with Radionics equipment. Total contract performance period for this project is 240 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction cost for the total of all projects if $500,000 to $1,000,000. Anticipated schedule is to issue an IFB on 22 Jul 95, open bids 30 Aug 95. Funds are not currently available. If funds become available, award will be as soon as practicable thereafter. If funds are not received by 31 Dec 95, this IFB will be cancelled. Interested firms should respond as early as possible.
