Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all operations in connection with a multiple project contract located at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The following projects as described will be consolidated into a single construction contract. XUMU 95-1134B Repair Admin Facility, MWR, Bldg 11013: A. Electrical: Remove and replace interior and exterior lighting. Remove existing transformers and replace with new. Install dedicated computer power supply panel and circuits. Provide new switchboard. Install new fire detection system. B. Mechanical: Repair/replace plumbing system. Demolish and remove existing air conditioning system which includes chillers, fluid coolers, boiler associated pumps, air handling equipment, piping, ductwork and filter bank in mechanical room. Provide new ventilating and heating system including air handler with air side economizer, ductwork, new air devices, heating coils, piping, boiler & controls. C. Architectural: Repair/replace ceiling. Upgrade bathrooms, walls, floor tile, carpet, paneling, door frames, windows, & painting, throughout facility. XUMU 95-1134C Construct Covered Entrance, Bldg. 11013. A. Construct a covered area over the side entrance to measure approximately 8' x 8'. Total contract performance period for this project is 150 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction cost for the total of all projects is $250,000 to $500,000. Anticipated schedule is to issue an IFB on 22 July 95, open bids 30 Aug 95. Funds are not currently available. If funds become available, award will be as soon as practicable thereafter. If funds are not received by 31 Dec 95, this IFB will be cancelled. Interested firms should respond as early as possible.
