Site work includes site clearing, grading, excavation and fill; curbs, walks and pavements; a new septic system (and temporary facilities during construction), utility modifications and upgrades for the expanded and renovated facility, and various other site improvements. The building renovation and addition includes selective demolition to remove various existing items in preparation for new construction, new building additions, new equipment/systems installations, new plumbing, new HVAC equipment, and electrical upgrades.
