The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for Building Renovation of the Fish Health Unit Building (FHU) and the Young Adult Conservation Corps Building (YACC) at the Northeast Fishery Center, Lamar (Clinton County), Pennsylvania. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide replacement of an existing bathroom with handicapped accessible toilet room, installing new wider interior and exterior doors and the construction of a new concrete access ramp with new metal handrails at the FHU building; and renovation of an existing three car garage into office space with a new toilet room, the removal of existing wood double hung windows and replacement with new vinyl clad windows and the removal and replacement of aluminum siding with vinyl siding at the YACC Buildings. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1542; size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
