Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct the new Airman Leadership School to include all utilities, parking and landscaping as well as all site preparation, drainage improvements, landscape irrigation system. The building shall have a slab on grade, steel structure, stucco walls, sloped standing seam metal roof and decorative interior finishes. Provide complete architect, civil, landscape, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting services. Construction shall have all new walls, ceilings, windows, doors, hardware, trim, finishes, mechanical and plumbing, electrical including panels, electrical service, service drop from pole, power, lighting, telephones, fire detection and alarm systems, computer network wiring for basewide network, and complete fire suppression system. Project requirements will be made available on or about 20 Jul 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
