Scope of work consists of but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment and services required to remove existing non-asbestos vinyl floor tile, install new concrete masonry unit wall, install handicapped plumbing fixtures & plumbing, gypsum wallboard pipe chases, tiling floor and walls, toilet compartments & accessories, exhaust ductwork & grilles, plaster ceiling repair, and painting the SSA Private Restrooms located in the P.V. McNamara Federal Building, Detroit, Michigan. The completion time for this project is One Hundred Eighty Five (185) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Specifications will be available on or about July 7, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on August 8, 1995, at 2:00 p.m. (DST). The proposed contract is being procured as a total small business set-aside. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
